CAT SCRATCH FEVER?

last year there was a lot of discussion about feral cat problems in the neighborhoods, and a few insisted the cats were harmless. Just thought of those folks for a second or two when this story came out recently, wonder if they'd still be defending/feeding/etc feral cat colonies if their little child was attacked.
