Because Patch ostensibly is in the news business and because quite a few of us -- one hopes -- still look in here, it seems fair to ask how many people actually view the website.
That is, if you take the time and trouble to write and post something, what impact does it actually have? If you knew, you might feel differently about your involvement here.
Legitimate newspapers publish their readership data. For example, around here, the Post-Gazette claims circulation of about 181,000 daily, 303,000 Sundays. The Trib is about 202,000 daily, 216,000 Sunday.
