The buildings do not need renovated, they need demolished. New company managing the complex is no better than any other company. IT went from Green Meadows to Leland Pointe to South Hills Residence and the next place it needs to go is a landfill. The accessible apartments are not accessible. Female foreigners walk around the complex urinating infront of the apartments buildings. Section 8 ouchers/vouchers are no longer accepted.
