Michele Gallucci Falcone Cancer Fund

Friends and family of Michele Gallucci Falcone are asking you to join "Michele's Fight," a pasta dinner fundraiser to be held on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012, aimed at raising funds for Falcone's cancer chemotherapy treatments.

The treatments are not being covered by insurance.

Michele is a 1987 graduate of . Her husband, Rico, graduated from Baldwin in 1985.

The event will run from 1 to 7 p.m. at the Bethel Park Volunteer Fire Company (5213 Brightwood Rd., Bethel Park, PA 15102).

The cost per dinner is $10 per adult and $5 per child (ages 12 and younger). Dinner includes penne & meatballs from Pasta Too, salad, pop and water. Dine in or take out.

Parking is available at the fire hall itself, alongside Brightwood Road and at some Brightwood businesses' parking lots, as well as at the Port Authority of Allegheny County's Lytle lot.

Also available at the fire hall will be a bake sale, many Chinese auction basket raffles and a 50-50 raffle.

The event is in need of volunteers to help set up, serve, run the auction, sell tickets and clean up.
