Beginning Oct. 17 and continuing through Dec. 10, residents may donate international phone cards weekdays at the Boyce, North and South park offices, as well as the County Executive’s Office in Room 101 of the County Courthouse. Phone cards may also be donated at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum located at 4141 Fifth Avenue in Oakland from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

International phone cards may be mailed to the Allegheny County Special Events Office, 515B County Office Building, 542 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, through November 23.

All donated phone cards will be distributed among the 171st Air Refueling Wing, 911th Airlift Wing, and 316th Regional Readiness Command.
