and create a calming environment. In RESTORATIVE YOGA, the body is fully
supported with various props to facilitate deep relaxation. Staying in
each posture for a longer period of time creates space in the mind and
body to allow true healing to occur. Restorative yoga stimulates
relaxation tackling stress and leaving you feeling calm, clear, and at
ease.
