Streets Run Road Milling Begins Tuesday
The work will run from Delwar Road to the Glenwood Interchange area.
Crews from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 11-0 will cause temporary lane closures and restrictions for milling work across a large part of Streets Run Road.
The milling, which will run from Delwar Road in West Mifflin Borough to the Glenwood Interchange area on the border of north Baldwin Borough and Pittsburgh's Hays neighborhood, will last from Jan. 22 to 25, at the least. That is an approximately 2-mile stretch.
Milling occurs when an existing road surface is removed, exposing the road's base.

Motorists are advised to use caution, slow down and expect changing traffic patterns when traveling through the work area.
