New water line being installed from May 7-11.

The Pennsylvania American Water Company will install a new water line on Route 885 (Clairton Road) in West Mifflin Borough from Monday-Friday, May 7-11, weather permitting.

Crews from Golden Triangle Construction, of Imperial, PA, under a contract with PA American Water, will install the new line at the intersection of Clairton and Lebanon Church roads.

To allow the work to occur, the spur ramp from Lebanon Church to southbound Route 885 will be closed nightly from May 7-11 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Traffic will have to make a right turn at a nearby traffic signal to access southbound Route 885. Restrictions will also occur in the intersection itself.
