Nearby: More Route 885 Lane Closures Begin Monday

Closures should last until early December.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 11-0 announced on Friday that short-term lane closures will begin on Route 885 (Lebanon Road) in Pittsburgh on Monday, Nov. 7, weather permitting. 

Intermittent lane closures will occur as needed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays only between Baldwin Road (Route 2046) and just south of Mifflin Road (Route 2045) through early December.

Crews from Five R's Drilling will be conducting geotechnical drilling and research for several proposed bridge replacement projects.
