UPDATED: Litter Removal on East Carson March 19-23
That stretch of north Baldwin may see delays.
UPDATE: Litter removal will continue from March 19-23.
Crews from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will be on East Carson Street this week, March 12-16, from Becks Run Road, in , all the way to the Glenwood Bridge, in Pittsburgh's Hays neighborhood, to remove litter from the roadway.
Sporadic lane closures and restrictions should be expected on East Carson during the process.
