Lebanon Church Traffic Signal Safety Improvements Begin Wednesday

Restrictions are scheduled through May 23.

Traffic signal safety improvements on Lebanon Church Road (Route 2040) in nearby West Mifflin Borough will begin on Wednesday, May 8, weather permitting, according to a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 11-0 news release.

Crews will be installing retroreflective tape to existing signal backplates.

Short-term lane restrictions will occur as needed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Thursday, May 23, at the following Lebanon Church intersections:

  • Lebanon Road (Route 885)
  • Delwar Road (Route 2047)
  • Camp Hollow Road (Route 2043)
  • Regis Avenue
  • Buttermilk Hollow Road

All turning movements will be accommodated.

Motorists should use caution, allow extra time and expect changing traffic patterns when traveling through the work area.
