Jury Trial Coming for Baldwin Sex Assault Case
Thomas Cottrill's trial starts in September.
Thomas Cottrill, 64, who was arrested by police at the Nancy Podrat Group Day Care Home in Pittsburgh's Squirrel Hill South neighborhood on charges that he molested a 7-to-8-year-old girl, will have a jury trial starting in September.
are involved because the accusations stem from when Cottrill babysat the girl in 2004 while she lived with her family in Baldwin.
Cottrill did not meet the girl through his employment at the day care center.

Cotrill is charged with indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and indecent exposure.
His trial begins on Sept. 10 at the Allegheny County Courthouse.
