Glass Run-Glenwood Bridge Work on Tuesday

Expect changing traffic patterns when traveling through the work area near north Baldwin.

Motorists should expect temporary lane closures and restrictions on Tuesday due to overhead sign safety inspections on and near the Glenwood Bridge in Pittsburgh's Hays neighborhood, weather permitting.

The short-term closures and restrictions will occur as needed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. that day on the bridge and on the various connecting ramps and roadways at the East Carson Street/Glass Run Road Glenwood Interchange (on the north Baldwin Borough border).

Crews from Mackin Engineering and the SOFIS Rigging Company will conduct the work, according to a news release from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 11-0.
