B-B-W Multi-Municipal Shade Tree Commission to plant 29 trees in Brentwood Park.

On Saturday, Nov. 10, volunteers from the Baldwin-Brentwood-Whitehall Multi-Municipal Shade Tree Commission, Economic Development South's Environmental Committee and the Brentwood Park Initiative will join together to plant 29 trees— donated by TreeVitalize and the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy—in Brentwood Park.

TreeVitalize will prep and prepare the park for the plantings. Volunteers will be expected to arrive at 9 a.m. and assist with the planting and mulching of the newly planted trees. Tools, training and guidance will be provided by TreeVitalize. Planting will be held rain or shine.

Volunteers are still needed. Interested in helping to plant trees and contribute to the beautification of Brentwood Borough? Please contact Stephanie Miller, Manager of Projects & Initiatives, Economic Development South.
