PHOTOS: Flowers By Terry Now Open at Caste Village

After spending nearly 40 years as a florist in nearby Pleasant Hills Borough, Terry Unger has brought her expertise to Whitehall Borough in the form of a new shop—Flowers By Terry—which can be found at Caste Village between Supercuts and Miss Saigon Nail Salon.

"I have had the pleasure of designing many of your weddings, prom flowers, special events and family funerals over the years and consider my customers to be my friends," Unger wrote in a letter to some of her best clients and friends before the grand opening of Flowers By Terry this past weekend.

The Baldwin-Whitehall Patch stopped by the new shop during its grand opening and snapped a few photos. Take a look at the media gallery above to see some of the flowers and other items available at the shop.

"Our goal is to give you the best possible quality at a reasonable price," the shop's website states. "We want to hear your ideas and create the perfect floral gift for you. We prefer to have a personal relationship with our customers and let you customize your arrangements.

"Impersonal, Internet-based florists do not let you do that."
