Water's favorite resting place—Streets Run Road in Baldwin Borough—has reopened to regular traffic.
Heavy storms on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning caused the popular roadway to be shut down between Brentwood/Schuette Road and the Glenwood Bridge area for most of Wednesday and part of Thursday.
