No Movie Theaters in Baldwin-Whitehall? Keep the Popcorn Hot and Make it a Rental Night

Two Redbox kiosks, one Blockbuster Express and a Family Video can all be found in Baldwin-Whitehall. And don't forget about the local libraries.

Fridays (like today) have long been popular movie days. Indeed, most major motion pictures debut on Fridays across the United States, including the Pittsburgh area. Trouble is, there are no movie theaters in Baldwin-Whitehall.

Still, there are plenty of options here. Indeed, you can find a number of theaters in our surrounding communities, but Baldwin-Whitehall also offers four commercial outlets and two public libraries that rent movies.

You can find two Redbox kiosks in Baldwin-Whitehall – inside the on Grove Road in the and inside the on Curry Hollow Road on the edge of the .

A Blockbuster Express kiosk can be found inside the on Radford Road in Whitehall.

For a much larger selection, the on Route 51 sits at the very edge of Whitehall, just before the Route 88 junction.

And don't forget about the local libraries. Both the and the offer free movie rentals to those with a valid library card. You can apply for a library card online or in person.

Baldwin's library is found inside the Wallace Building on Macek Drive, and Whitehall's is part of the Borough of Whitehall Municipal Complex on Borough Park Drive off of Route 51.
