Baldwin Borough's 2011 Christmas Festival, sponsored by the , starts at the borough municipal complex on Churchview Avenue at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7.
The event features Christmas carols, a visit from Santa Claus, crafts for children, treats (including hot chocolate), a tour of the Baldwin Historical Society Log House and the lighting of the borough's Christmas tree.
The event wraps up at around 8:30.

In the spirit of giving, borough officials are asking that attendees bring a non-perishable food item or monetary donation for the Baldwin Food Pantry.
