UPDATES: Saint Albert's Summer Fest in Progress

North Baldwin event will last through June 30.

The Saint Albert the Great Summer Festival returns in on Monday, June 25, and will run nightly from 7 to 11 through Saturday, June 30.

Enjoying the annual festival, held on the grounds of  along Churchview Avenue, is a ritual among many residents of north Baldwin and its surrounding communities.

DJ Steve Maffei will perform nightly this year, and the band Black Rock Country will add to the music on Friday.

The rest of the ambience that week will include nightly amusement rides, games (including bingo), food (including a bake sale), auctions, tag sales, raffles and even a petting zoo.

Admission is free, and individual purchases are up to each visitor.

A $2,500 grand prize raffle will be held this year with the winner to be selected on Saturday. There will also be separate $500 raffles from Monday to Friday, and a flat-screen TV and gas grill will also be raffled off.
