Patch Picks: Bingo Spots

The Baldwin-Whitehall Patch presents its newest weekly Patch Picks feature, highlighting editor and reader picks of great local businesses, destinations, services, organizations, ways to spend a day off and more.

Here is this week's list, calling out the B-W Patch's selections of the best nearby places to play bingo:

•  (It's hard to top St. Gabriel's bingo nights. This Whitehall Borough church on Greenridge Drive hosts bingo games with a FREE DINNER every Thursday night at 7. The doors open at 5:30, and the kitchen opens at 6. Click here for prices. St. Gabe's is also promoting a "Spring Super Bingo" for Friday, April 29.)
•  (Sitting along Route 51 in Baldwin Borough, Saint Elizabeth's hosts bingo games every Tuesday night at 7:30 with an early-bird bingo special at 7.)
•  (A solid North Baldwin bingo spot, Saint Albert's—just off of Churchview Avenue—hosts bingo games on Monday nights at 7:30.)
• Saint Sylvester Parish (This Brentwood Borough church on nearby Brownsville Road offers bingo games every Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. The early-bird special starts at 7.)
• Castle Shannon Volunteer Fire Department (Just because you're leaving Baldwin-Whitehall doesn't mean that you can't support your community. The Castle Shannon Volunteer Fire Department, after all, services Baldwin Township. The CSVFD on Route 88 hosts bingo games every Tuesday night at 7:30 with an early-bird special 7:10.
