New Traffic Patterns Again at Brownsville-Curry Hollow in Baldwin Borough

Overall work at the Brownsville-Broughton-Curry Hollow intersection will conclude this fall.

A new traffic pattern on Brownsville Road—affecting Brownsville's southbound lane from Curry Hollow Road to Cochrans Mill Road—starts on Monday, according to a news release from the Allegheny County Department of Public Works.

The traffic change is the latest part of the Brownsville-Curry Hollow-Broughton Road intersection improvements project.

From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, July 15 and 16, traffic-control devices will be removed, and southbound traffic will be guided onto the new southbound lane alignment of Brownsville.
