Why Go?: Sewers can take this time to work in a quiet atmosphere with other sewers. Each person is expected to bring their own sewing machine and supplies.

Why Go?: This is a great opportunity for parents to see the amazing work of Whitehall Elementary students!

Why Go?: Donna Rossa, a professional organizer, will provide organizational tips. Learn how to apply yin and yang, eliminate negative chi and provide positive chi. Register online!

Where/When: Michaels (Oxford Drive in Bethel Park), Friday, May 6, 6-8 p.m.
Why Go: Just in time for Mother's Day! Create something handy for Mom to store her jewelry in. Ages 3 and older can make a clay pot jewelry holder for Mother's Day while supplies last.
Pricing: Free with the purchase of a clay pot.

Why Go?: The band Silent Partner is performing at Backdraft Bar & Grille.

Why Go?: Learn how to use a flash drive to save, store and organize your files. Requirements for this class include basic computer skills and your own flash drive. Participants may purchase a flash drive from the Whitehall Library for $11. Computer tutors will be on hand to provide one-on-one assistance. Register online!

Where?/When?: Whitehall Public Library/Saturday, May 7, 1-3 p.m.
Why Go?: Teen "experts" will answer general technology questions in the library's . Be sure to check out the library's latest tech items like the iPad and e-readers! Register online!

Where/When: /Saturday, May 7, 7:30 p.m.
Why Go?: is hosting a community benefit show! The show will feature a joyous celebration of song and dance. Proceeds will benefit Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International.
Pricing: $5.

Where?/When?: /Saturday, May 7, 9 p.m.
Why Go?: The Royal Masquerade Bowl, presented by the Advisory Board on Autism and Related Disorders and the Caste Family Fund, is a cocktail party benefiting families suffering from autism spectrum disorders. Admission includes two drink tickets, hors d'oeuvres, bowling, specialty drinks, silent auctions, costume prizes and more! Be sure to wear your costume and masks!

Pricing: Prices are $21.99 for adults and $9.99 for children ages 3 to 12. Children ages 2 and younger can eat for FREE.
