This weekend, catch a baseball game or head to the Kidgits event at nearby South Hills Village!

The Baldwin-Whitehall Patch has once again assembled a weekly calendar of kid-friendly activities and places to try out with children.

Each week, we'll give you the info on the five best family activities or events for the week.

You're time-pressed enough, so we're happy to do the research and find the best things to do and places to go, both locally and within reasonable striking distance.

    Where?/When?: South Hills Village, Lower Level North Court/Saturday, March 26, 1-3 p.m.
    Why Go?: Kids will learn fun ways to keep the environment clean and healthy! There will also be activities that will instill respect for our planet! Activities include planting your own seeds, a pitch-in recycling game, eco-friendly arts & crafts, giveaways and more!
    Pricing: FREE.

  • Where?/When?:  Room 214/Sunday, March 27, 5-6:30 p.m. (middle-schoolers) and 7-8:30 p.m. (high-schoolers).
    Why Go?: A great way for kids to meet other kids.
    Pricing: FREE.
