The Baldwin Historical Society brings you another trivia question that delves into our area's colorful past. Pat Lombardi and Patty Woehler, co-presidents of the society, generously write the questions and provide the pictures.

Here is this week's question, er ... questions:

This new park was dedicated with a parade, a ceremony and many speakers.

In the picture are, left to right, Clayton Buchanan, John McGinnis, Howard Stewart, John McCready and John Brosky.

On hand to parade before the festivities were the Baldwin High School marching band, the borough's volunteer fire companies, borough officials, the Baldwin Borough Police Department, the Nix Vogel American Legion post, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Baldwin's U.S. Army detachments station, the Baldwin Borough Drum & Bugle Corps and the 701st Civil Air Patrol and Civil Defense units.

What park is this, and when was it dedicated?

Leave your guesses in the comments section below. We will reveal the answers on Monday.
