UPDATES: Baldwin-Whitehall Halloween Guide—Trick-or-Treating Times and More

When can my children get their goodies, and is my borough/township hosting a party?

Halloween will be here in one week, and if you're not sure when your local municipal leaders have approved trick-or-treating times for area children, look no further.

Also, did you know that the Baldwin Borough and Baldwin Township municipal buildings, as well as Caste Village and the Baldwin Borough and Whitehall Borough public libraries, will host Halloween celebrations? See below.

Baldwin Borough

Municipal Celebration: Saturday, Oct. 20, Baldwin Borough Municipal Building, noon-3 p.m. The celebration features games, prizes, a pumpkin patch, face-painting, balloon twisters, a haunted log home, candy, other treats and much more.

Baldwin Library Event: FAMILY FUN TIME! Fright Night Halloween Fun, Wednesday, Oct. 24, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Children should come in costume to enjoy spooky stories, treats and a Halloween parade. Admission is free, but registration must occur by Wednesday, Oct. 17. Call 412-885-2255 to register.

Trick-or-Treating: Saturday night, Nov. 3, 6-8.

Whitehall Borough

Whitehall Library Event: Halloween Happening for Adults, Thursday, Oct. 25, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Adults are invited to this special event filled with Goosebumps ghost stories told by storytellers and guests, and a chilling, ghoulish lunch and dessert. The cost to attend is $5, and registration is required. Call 412-882-6622 to register. (Spaces are going fast!)

Caste Village Event: Halloween Spooktacular, Saturday, Oct. 27, 1-3 p.m. The annual event includes fun activities like hayrides, pumpkin decorating, face-painting, trick-or-treating and a costume contest.

Trick-or-Treating: Saturday night, Nov, 3, 6-8.

Baldwin Township

Municipal Celebration (Parade): Saturday, Oct. 27, 1 p.m., starting at the Baldwin Township Municipal Building.

Trick-or-Treating: Saturday night, Nov. 3, 6-8.
