Baldwin East Carson Street Restrictions Go in Effect Tuesday
Drivers should allow for extra travel time.
Short-term lane closures on East Carson Street in the Borough of Baldwin and the City of Pittsburgh will occur on Tuesday, April 9 weather permitting.
Single-lane traffic will occur in work areas from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday. Stop conditions will occur.
"Motorists should use caution, allow extra time, and be aware of changing traffic patterns in the area," according to the PennDOT news release.

Crews will be inspecting drainage systems between Becks Run Road and the Glenwood Bridge.
