If a library is supposed to act as a town's community resource, then the Whitehall Public Library definitely fits the bill. The Whitehall Library, part of the large Borough of Whitehall Municipal Complex, is really a de facto community center where Whitehall residents, young and old, gather to read a newspaper, check their email or even play cards in the Community Room.
