Honestly, first thing I thought of as well. There actually are a lot of public officials around who share names with a celebrity—Baldwin Borough's police chief is Michael Scott. Also, when I worked east of Pittsburgh, I knew of a pastor in Penn Hills named Dave Matthews, and the food service director for Norwin School District is Rod Stewart.
