Whitehall Library Closing Wednesday Afternoon for Carpet Installation

The Whitehall Public Library will close to visitors at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14, in order to have new carpet installed.
The library will remain closed throughout Thursday and Friday to finish the installation and will reopen at 9 a.m. on Saturday (its normal Saturday opening time).
The library's current carpet is approximately 10 years old. Its new carpet will continue to incorporate the library's blue-and-orange color scheme.
In addition to new carpeting, certain high-traffic areas of the library will receive new laminate flooring.
