Alright, I've held off long enough. User "Patrick Martin" is correct, sort of. The fire house is still there; it's just not active. And the field is adjacent to the fire house.

Sorry I didn't clarify that the building was still there and not being used as a fire house. Hence where the fire house used to be. Maybe I should have added that Castle Shannon now takes care of fire calls for Baldwin Twp. And "adjacent"? It's to the left of the former firehouse only separated by a narrow drive to access the rear parking lot. I think I was pretty spot on with my description, but to each their own.
