Despite ample parking and a familiar location, the AJD Realty building along Route 51 in Whitehall Borough (between Baldwin High School and Old Allegheny Shoppe) has an 1,800-square-foot, first-floor vacancy.
The building—at 4745 (or 4607, defending on whom you ask) Clairton Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15236—has a couple of tenants already in DeJulius & Company, CPAs, and O'Rourke Vision Care.
According to the Web page for Jay Phoebe of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, the property was renovated in 2007. Phoebe can be reached at 412-471-3311.

Has to be 4745 since the 4600 block starts with McIlrath at 4601 and the high school is 4653. Actually, originally Doyle Road was suppose to go down to Rt. 51 but it stops at Veman. Some old maps show it going down all the way when it really doesn't.
