The following results are from recent hearings held in the  office of Magistrate John N. Bova of District Court 05-2-18:

  • police charged Luke John Wagner, 23, of 2112 Los Angeles Ave. in Pittsburgh's Beechview neighborhood, with on Nov. 17. Wagner's Feb. 7 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on March 26.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Raymond Martin Matelan, 52, of 1069 Old Hills Road in Elizabeth Township, with on Oct. 6. Matelan's Jan. 31 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on March 19.

  • Baldwin police charged David Joseph Connell, 23, of 5663 Tracy Drive in Bethel Park, with on Nov. 17. Connell's Feb. 7 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on March 26.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Sheena Boulding, 29, of 539 Hall St. in Aliquippa, PA, with on Dec. 17. Boulding's Feb. 14 hearing before Bova was waived, and she will face those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on April 2. UPDATE: Rescheduled for May 4.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Zachary R. Stranko, 21, of 6529 Zupancic Drive in South Park Township, with  on Aug. 24. Stranko's , and he faced those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Nov. 30. Stranko was granted , where he was sentenced to complete 12 months of probation. The lighting charge was withdrawn.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Timothy Allen Ray, 41, of 423 1/2 Kirk Ave. in Pittsburgh's Carrick neighborhood, with  on Sept. 19. Ray's , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Jan. 25. His case will now be part of a docket conference scheduled for March 14. That conference should result in the next legal step for Ray's charge. UPDATE: Rescheduled for Sept. 10.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Keith John Wallace, 46, of 4700 Doverdell Drive in , with  on Oct. 30. Wallace's , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Jan. 25. His case will now be part of a docket conference scheduled for March 7. That conference should result in the next legal step for Wallace's charge.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Donald M. Roth, 48, of 641 Penn St. in Baldwin Borough, with  on Aug. 23. Roth's , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Dec. 28. The  resulted in a Jan. 30 docket conference, where Roth was sentenced to complete a 30-day individualized program plan and six months of probation.

 

  • Baldwin police arrested Loomus Richardson, 86, of 340 Church Ave. in Mount Oliver Borough, with  on Aug. 29. Richardson faced those charges before Bova on Oct. 25. The , and Richardson faced them at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Jan. 31. His case will now be part of a docket conference scheduled for March 26. That conference should result in the next legal step for Richardson's charges. UPDATE: Rescheduled for June 26.

 

  • Baldwin police charged William Raymond Kubiak, 24, of 2605 Patterson St. in Pittsburgh's South Side area, with  on Nov. 3. Kubiak's , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Feb. 1. Kubiak was granted an ARD hearing to begin on March 23.

 

  • Baldwin police charged James John Tapocik Jr., 23, of 815 Burbridge St. in Port Vue Borough, with  on Oct. 15. Tapocik's , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on March 27. Tapocik was granted an ARD hearing to begin on April 5.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Yvonne Vukovcan, 46, of 929 Monroe Ave. in Port Vue, with  on Sept. 30. Vukovcan's , and she faced those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Feb. 8. She will now have a pre-trial conference on March 16.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Jay Walter Jones, 49, of 616 Penn in Baldwin Borough, with  on Nov. 2. Jones' , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Feb. 8. Jones was granted an ARD hearing to begin on March 23.
