Recent Results from Magisterial District Court 05-2-18
Judge Bova's jurisdiction includes Baldwin Borough.
The following results are from recent hearings held in the Wallace Building office of Magistrate John N. Bova of District Court 05-2-18:
- Baldwin Borough police charged Brian Gordon, 42, of 2892 Amy Drive in South Park Township, with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving on June 7. The careless driving charge was withdrawn on July 26, but Gordon faced DUI-related charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Sept. 9. Gordon was granted an accelerated rehabilitative disposition hearing to begin on Oct. 21, and at that hearing, he was sentenced to 12 months of probation.
- Baldwin police arrested Loomus Richardson, 86, of 340 Church Ave. in Mount Oliver Borough, with DUI and excessive use of road-lighting equipment on Aug. 29. Richardson faced those charges before Bova on Oct. 25. The charges were held, and Richardson will face them at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Dec. 14. UPDATE: Rescheduled for Jan. 31.
- Baldwin police charged Erika L. Wodarek, 40, of 5934 Dashwood Drive in Bethel Park, with DUI on June 26. Wodarek's Aug. 9 hearing before Bova was waived, and she faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Nov. 2. Wodarek will face a pretrial conference on Dec. 9.
