Recent Results from Magisterial District Court 05-2-18

Judge Bova's jurisdiction includes Baldwin Borough.

The following results are from recent hearings held in the  office of Magistrate John N. Bova of District Court 05-2-18:

 

  • charged Donald M. Roth, 48, of 641 Penn St. in , with on Aug. 23. Roth's Oct. 4 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Nov. 22. UPDATE: Rescheduled for Dec. 28.

  • Baldwin police charged Patrick Raymond Gregory, 30, of 6577 Zupancic Drive in South Park Township, with on Aug. 26. The providing false ID charge was withdrawn on Oct. 4, but Gregory will face DUI and public drunkenness charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Nov. 22.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Zachary R. Stranko, 21, of 6529 Zupancic, with on Aug. 24. Stranko's Oct. 11 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Nov. 30.

  • Baldwin police charged Samantha Eli Kowel-Vold, 18, of 209 E. Willock Road in Brentwood Borough, with on Aug. 11. Kowel-Vold's Oct. 11 hearing before Bova was waived, and she will face those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Nov. 30. UPDATE: Rescheduled for Jan. 13.

 

  • Baldwin police charged James Shrader Robson V, 29, of 2769 Churchview Ave., Apt. 7, in Pittsburgh's Carrick neighborhood, with on Aug. 10. Robson faced those charges at an Oct. 11 hearing before Bova, and the charges were held for Allegheny County Court, where Robson is scheduled to appear on Nov. 30.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Russell John Mullen, 22, of 170 Kirk Ave. in Carrick, with  on July 29. The possession of marijuana charge was , but Mullen faced the remaining charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Oct. 17, where it was determined that his case will now be part of a docket conference scheduled for Dec. 5. That conference should result in the next legal step for Mullen's charges.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Joseph William Fahy III, 35, of 3130 Vernon Ave., Apt. 1, in Baldwin Borough, with on July 17. Fahy's , and he faced those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Oct. 17, where it was determined that his case will now be part of a docket conference scheduled for Dec. 5. That conference should result in the next legal step for Fahy's charges. UPDATE: Rescheduled for Dec. 19.
