PennDOT Crack Sealing in Area from June 11-15

Minor work by PennDOT crews could cause short-term delays.

Crews from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will perform minor crack sealing work in and around Baldwin-Whitehall from Monday, June 11, through Friday, June 15.

The work includes the resumption of a Doyle/Stilley Road crack sealing project. Doyle/Stilley stretches from Baldwin Borough to Whitehall Borough and will see work done next week from Streets Run Road to Clairton Boulevard (Route 51).

Also scheduled is crack sealing on Delwar Road in West Mifflin Borough from Lebanon Church Road (Route 885) to Streets Run Road and on Mt. Lebanon Boulevard from Castle Shannon Boulevard in Castle Shannon Borough/Mt. Lebanon to Washington Road (Route 19) in Mt. Lebanon.

The crack sealing is not expected to cause long-term delays on any of those roads. Nonetheless, some intermittent lane closures and restrictions are to be expected by motorists.

Robert, I was being sarcastic about the Brownsville Road thing. Meaning that's another big road in our area, why don't they congest the traffic more and work on that too. Lol
