UPDATE: Target Store Almost Ready to Open

Officials are still hiring for the new Upper St. Clair store.

A new Target store in Upper St. Clair Township will open its doors for the first time on March 5, according to a Target official. The evening event is invitation-only.

The store, which attaches to South Hills Village Mall, will then have a soft opening on March 6 and a grand opening on March 10.

Target officials still hope to fill about 30 to 50 job openings, according to WTAE.

Anyone who's interested in a job should apply at target.com/careers.

Target renovated and added on to the bottom level of a former Boscov's at South Hills Village.

A new Dick's Sporting Goods store occupies the top two floors of that location.
