Mt. Lebanon Woman Charged with DUI in Baldwin Township
Baldwin Township police news from Jan. 6-12.
Rebecca McGuffey, 42, of Milbeth Drive in Mt. Lebanon, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and related traffic offenses after an incident in Baldwin Township at around 2:17 a.m. on Jan. 8.
Baldwin Township police Chief Terrence P. O'Brien reported that an officer pulled over McGuffey on Dewalt Drive after seeing her drive erratically there and on McNeilly and Pearce roads.
In addition to the DUI charge, McGuffey faces three counts of failure to drive on the right side of the road, according to online court documents. UPDATE: The traffic charges were dismissed on June 13.
