Man Arrested for DUI on Dewalt Drive

Incident occurred on Friday night, Oct. 5.

Baldwin Township police officer stopped motorist Todd Rebholz, 39, of Chelton Avenue in Pittsburgh's Brookline neighborhood, for failing to obey a stop sign at the intersection of Dewalt Drive and Highview Road at around 9:11 p.m. on Oct. 5, police Chief Terrence P. O'Brien said.

According O'Brien, the officer smelled alcohol coming from Rebholz's breath. Rebholz then failed field-sobriety tests and was arrested and taken to St. Clair Hospital for a blood test—results pending—before being released.

Rebholz is charged with suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
