Get Free Football Ticket for Friday by Eating Spaghetti

Baldwin H.S. girls basketball is hosting a fundraiser at Harrison Middle School on Homecoming night.

Like spaghetti? Like football? How 'bout basketball?

For $10 (adults) and $7 (children), football fans can eat a spaghetti dinner at J.E. Harrison Middle School on Friday night and get a free ticket to Baldwin High School's Homecoming game against Woodland Hills High School at Baldwin High Stadium that same night.

The spaghetti dinner is a fundraiser that supports the Baldwin High girls basketball program and runs from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday at J.E. Harrison, which is found on Windvale Drive in Whitehall Borough.

The football game starts at 7:30.

Dinner has been donated by Calabria's Restaurant. Children's prices are for those aged 12 years and younger.

Tickets for this fundraiser are being sold now, but walk-ins are welcome. Visit the Baldwin Girls Basketball Facebook page to contact someone there about advanced tickets.

Wow, so it costs $4.00 more to go see the eternal losers get crushed by Woody High. Where do I sign up? Use your brains folks, if want to go to the game after the spaghetti dinner, that's your loss, but it is by no means a "free" ticket, it actually costs you more than the regular gate price.

But, you will get to eat, too, and support the basketball team.

True. I will go for that reason, but they can keep the "free" ticket.

Purple Power, I take offense to the" Eternal losers" comment above. I think it was unnecessary. Those " losers " are hard working high school boys that can't help who their coaches are. The Patch is trying to promote a fundraiser and you have nothing but negative things to say, you must be a very unhappy person. Enjoy your spaghetti. I know my family and I will, then we are going to support the Fighting Highlanders win or lose

I will still go to the game win or lose to support the boys that are on the team. When they see less people in the stands cheering them on, makes them more upset. We are going for dinner and will be at the game.

Glad the loyalbaldwinfan commented appropriately on that first comment! I wouldn't have been so nice! That was just wrong!
