UPDATE (5:40 p.m.): The road has reopened.
Heavy rain has led to flooding, which has caused a stretch of East Willock Road in Baldwin Borough—from Streets Run Road to Robbins Street—to close on Friday afternoon.
Motorists should avoid the area entirely, as excessive rain has caused sewer lids to rise and creeks to rage.
