Daylight saving time ends this year at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4, so don't forget to turn your clocks back one hour before you go to bed on Saturday night to get an extra hour of sleep.
Daylight saving time will begin again on Sunday, March 10, 2013, when clocks are to move forward one hour. You'll lose an hour of sleep when we "spring ahead" at that time.
