CONTINUING: Crack Sealing on Doyle/Stilley and Glass Run/Joseph Through May 18
Minor work by PennDOT crews could cause short-term delays.
UPDATE: Project will continue from Monday, May 14, through Friday, May 18.
Doyle/Stilley Road, which stretches from Baldwin Borough to Whitehall Borough, and Glass Run Road/Joseph Street, which goes from Pittsburgh's Hays neighborhood to Baldwin, will see minor crack sealing work done next week by crews from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
The crack sealing is not expected to cause long-term delays on those roads from Monday, April 16, through Friday, April 20.
Nonetheless, some intermittent lane closures and restrictions are to be expected by motorists during that time frame—from Streets Run Road to Route 51 on Doyle/Stilley and from Baldwin Road to Agnew Road on Glass Run/Joseph.

It is so much better to drive on roads that doesn't have potholes on it then to be doing damage to your car with potholes. Preventative maintenance is a must for roads, or we will all have damage to our cars and be complaining about it.
I just learned it is better to leave a little bit earlier to get somewhere then to be speeding and putting the people in your car or others in danger. Patience is a virtue as to when it comes to road construction.
