Baldwin Township Unveils New Website

The district's oldest municipality updates its online presence.

It just got easier for Baldwin Township residents to find neighborhood information.

No, they're not getting their own Patch—they'll still have to share it with Baldwin and Whitehall boroughs—but the Baldwin Township municipal website has been updated, giving the Baldwin-Whitehall School District's oldest municipality an even more moden appearance, at least online.

The new township website can be found at www.baldwintownship.com, just like its predecessor.

Township Manager Mary McGinley said at a May 8 township meeting that the website rebuilding project would cost approximately $4,000 up front and about $45 per hour for service after its launch.

"It was a very reasonable cost," McGinley said.

The new site has an easier-to-find code of ordinances, which is organized by chapters, among many other features.
