Retail Theft Charges at Dollar General

The arrested Diane Satore, 60, of Roseberry Lane in Pittsburgh's Banksville neighborhood, on retail theft charges at around 12:25 p.m. on Dec. 2.

Satore is accused of stealing an assorted collection of toys from the that day.

Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication Charges from Edgeridge Road Incident

Baldwin Township police charged Daniel Winnowski, 30, of Edgeridge Road in , with disorderly conduct and public intoxication on Dec. 4. UPDATE: The charges were .

Police came to Winnowski's Edgeridge home that day for a report of a disturbance there at around 12:18 a.m.

DUI Arrest Near McNeilly-Sussex Intersection

Baldwin Township police stopped a vehicle being driven by Jonathan Rakestraw, 27, of Linda Drive in Pittsburgh's Brookline neighborhood, for speeding and swerving near the intersection of Sussex and McNeilly Road at around 11:58 p.m. on Dec. 9.

While speaking with Rakestraw, the officer reported that he showed signs of intoxication. The officer reported that Rakestraw failed field-sobriety tests and arrested him for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Rakestraw was taken to for a blood test before being released. Results of that test are pending.

DUI Arrest and Other Charges from Traffic Stop on McNeilly Road

Baldwin Township police stopped a vehicle being driven by Jared McKee, 26, of Mattern Avenue in , for speeding and swerving in the 400 block of McNeilly at around 2:15 a.m. on Dec. 11.

While speaking with McKee, the officer reported that he showed signs of intoxication. The officer reported that McKee failed field-sobriety tests and arrested him for suspicion of DUI.

McKee was taken to St. Clair Hospital for a blood test before being released. Results of that test are pending.

Police also charged the other man in McKee's vehicle—Lee Allen Barclay, 26, also of Mattern Avenue—with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
