11 Baldwin Twp. DUI Cases Heard in Court

Another man was charged with assault and making terroristic threats.

 

The following results are from recent hearings held in the Caste Village office of Magistrate David J. Barton of District Court 05-2-17:

 

Baldwin Township Charges


  • Baldwin Township police charged Steven M. Wisniewski, 27, of 1153 Venetia Rd. in Nottingham Township, with DUI on June 2. Wisniewski's Aug. 14 hearing before Barton was waived, and he will face that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Sept. 27.


 

  • Baldwin Township police charged Brandon Bostocky, 34, of Bristol Street on the border of Pittsburgh's Hazelwood and Greenfield neighborhoods, with DUI on Jan. 4. Bostocky's Feb. 21 hearing before Barton was waived, and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on April 9. His case was then part of a May 9 docket conference, where he pleaded guilty, and on Aug. 20, Bostocky was sentenced to four days of confinement.

 

 

  • Baldwin Township police charged Tracey Gross, 37, of Brevard Avenue in Brentwood, with DUI on June 16. Gross' Aug. 21 hearing before Barton was waived, and she will face that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Oct. 4.

 

  • Baldwin Township police charged Kristen Cuniak, 26, of Timber Lane in Jefferson Hills Borough, with DUI on June 17. Cuniak's Aug. 21 hearing before Barton was waived, and she will face that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Oct. 4 (UPDATE: rescheduled for Nov. 7).

 

  • Baldwin Township police charged Paul Louis Dalessandro, 51, of Audbert Drive in Whitehall Borough, with DUI on March 10. Dalessandro's July 10 hearing before Barton was waived, and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Aug. 22. His case will now be part of an Oct. 24 docket conference. That conference should result in the next legal step for Dalessandro's charge (UPDATE: continued for Dec. 4).

 

  • Baldwin Township police charged Jeffrey Marston, 21, of Frich Drive in Whitehall, with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and DUI on March 18. Barton withdrew the resisting arrest charge on May 15, but Marston faced the remaining charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on June 29. He was granted an accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD) hearing to begin on Aug. 24, which resulted in a withdrawal of the disorderly conduct charge and a sentence of six months of probation for the DUI charge.

 

  • Baldwin Township police charged Kristen McCracken, 39, of 857 Norwich Ave. in Pittsburgh's Brookline neighborhood, with DUI on May 6. McCracken's July 17 hearing before Barton was waived, and she faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Aug. 29, where she was granted an ARD hearing to begin on Oct. 19.

 

  • Baldwin Township police charged Amy Tray, 38, of 3400 Margaret St. in Whitehall, with DUI on May 26. Tray's July 24 hearing before Barton was waived, and she faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Sept. 6. Her case will now be part of an Oct. 15 docket conference. That conference should result in the next legal step for Tray's charge.

 

  • Baldwin Township police charged David Charles Kalmeyer, 31, of 1131 Dormont Ave. in Dormont Borough, with DUI on June 1. Kalmeyer's July 24 hearing before Barton was waived, and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Sept. 6, where he was granted an ARD hearing to begin on Nov. 2.

All these DUI just amaze me every week. Glad the police force is doing their jobs.
